You trust us with the most personal thing you own: your photographs. This page says plainly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do.

Your photos

Photos you upload are used for exactly one purpose: designing and printing your book. They are shared with our print partner solely for production, never posted publicly, never used in our marketing without your explicit written permission, and never used to train any AI system. You can permanently delete your photos from your account at any time once your orders are delivered; deletion also removes the print files we generated from them.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and password (stored hashed), or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google.
• Orders: the delivery name, address and phone number you give us, and your order history.
• Payments: processed entirely by Cashfree Payments. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to them; we never see or store them. We keep only the payment reference.
• Usage: anonymous analytics (pages visited, device type, referring site) via PostHog, and the page you first arrived from, so we know which of our efforts actually help people find us.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to count visits. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your data to anyone.
• Show your photos or books to other customers.
• Email you marketing after you unsubscribe. Order confirmations and delivery updates still arrive, because they are part of the service you paid for.

Deleting your data

Use "Delete my photos" on any delivered book to remove its photos and print files permanently, or write to support@apnistories.com to delete your entire account. We keep order records (not photos) as long as tax law requires.
